Delivery
Dispatch times vary from 24 hours for standard products or 1-3 days for customised products.
We deliver across the globe from several warehouses located in our most popular countries. Depending on your shipping address, delivery times may vary. However, most items should arrive approximately 5 – 7 days after dispatch.
During sale periods and promotions the delivery time may be longer than normal.
Exchanges, Returns & Refunds
All products are custom-printed to order. Therefore, exchanges, returns and refunds are not accepted (in line with UK and EU law) unless the wrong item or faulty item has been delivered.
Wrong item, or faulty product. We take the utmost care in ensuring the correct items are shipped, and packaged to minimise any damage. In the rare event you have received the wrong item, or faulty item, please contact us to discuss your order within 48 hours of receiving the delivery. Do not return your item unless you have specific agreement that the order is eligible for return/refund.
Late or delayed delivery of orders does not constitute grounds for return or refund. It is regrettable that on rare occasions, or during peak demand, orders may take slightly longer to produce or to be delivered than stated in the ‘estimated shipping’ dates provided on our website. We do everything we can to avoid such delays, by printing and shipping locally in several countries, and using reliable couriers etc., but we cannot be responsible for delays when they happen. We will however work with you to help track parcels or find out from the courier whatever we can to ensure your orders arrive safely.
Missing or lost items. Before a parcel is confirmed as lost or missing in the post, we must establish formal acceptance from the courier that they consider the parcel to be ‘missing’ or ‘lost’ (as opposed to just being late or delayed). In these rare situations we will work with you to find a suitable resolution, such as arranging re-delivery, or refund.
Shipping returns
Returns are only accepted if specifically agreed in writing by The Art Project (Fashion3DX Ltd) in advance. See ‘Exchanges, Returns & Refunds’ above.
In the event a return has been agreed, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are returning more expensive items, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Refunds are not paid if the item has not been packaged and shipped with reasonable care.
